As part of its activities, BIOVA undertakes to implement processing of the personal data of users of its services that respects their privacy and complies with current French and European legislation.

What data do you collect?

BIOVA collects the information that you agree to provide by means of forms on the Site, when you publish content, create your personal account, request a quote, register or contact BIOVA through its Site or place an order. The mandatory nature of the data is indicated during collection by an asterisk.

BIOVA also collects data relating to the monitoring of the commercial relationship, in particular your purchase history and requests and correspondence addressed to customer service/secretariat.

In accordance with the law relating to data processing, files and freedoms of January 6, 1978, personal information relating to customers may be subject to automated processing. BIOVA reserves the right to collect customer information, including by using cookies.

Your connection and navigation data are collected automatically during your use of the Site, in particular your IP address, your pages viewed, preferences and technical data on your digital environment.

Why is your data collected?

Your data is processed on the legal basis of the conclusion and execution of your contract:

  • For the management and tracking of your order;
  • For invoicing and collection of payments;
  • For complaints management and after-sales follow-up;
  • For the creation and management of your personal account.
  • For the creation of your training documents (agreement, certification)

Your data is processed on the legal basis of BIOVA's legal obligations:

  • For compliance with its accounting and tax obligations;
  • For compliance with quality standards (ISO CEI 17025 version 2017 and ISO 9001 version 2015) and Qualiopi;
  • For the transmission of your information to the organizations concerned by the training as part of its financing, its smooth running or the certification delivered to you
  • For compliance with our plant quarantine facility approval (order R76-2022-264/DRAAF)

Your data is processed on the legal basis of BIOVA's legitimate interest:

  • For the management and improvement of the performance and functionalities of the Site;
  • For statistical analysis and Site activity;
  • For quality studies and sales statistics of the Products and Services offered;
  • For the fight against fraud and improving the security of the Site.

Your data is processed on the legal basis of your consent:

  • For carrying out commercial prospecting actions, by postal or electronic means, and advertising profiling for the benefit of BIOVA.
How long is your data kept?

Your data is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship between you and BIOVA.

The data necessary for invoicing and accounting, tax and regulatory obligations are archived for 10 years.

Data relating to commercial prospecting actions are kept for 3 years from your last activity on the Site.

What are the conditions for archiving your data?

BIOVA will archive purchase orders and invoices on a reliable and durable medium constituting a faithful copy in accordance with the provisions of article 1348 of the Civil Code.

BIOVA's computerized records will be considered by the parties as proof of communication, orders, payments and transactions between the parties.

Who is your data transmitted to?

Your data may be transmitted to BIOVA employees, as well as to subcontractors called upon to intervene for the proper functioning of the Site: IT service provider (hosting, maintenance, security, etc.), payment providers, subcontractor technical and logistical, statistical analysis and communication advice, quality auditor.

What are your rights ?

You can access the data concerning you, rectify it, request its erasure or exercise your right to limit the processing of your data.

You can also object to the processing of your data, for reasons relating to your particular situation, except in the case of commercial prospecting, to which you can object without reason.

You may withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent given before its withdrawal.

You have a right to portability of your data.

You can issue directives regarding the retention, deletion or communication of your personal data after your death.
